CANCELLATION POLICY

To respect both my time and the time of other guests, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. * Cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. * No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Providing advance notice allows me the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another guest and helps keep my schedule running smoothly. Thank you for your understanding and support.
